Hey Hot Rod's!
This stuff is great! I was eating breakfast when I first tried it,
on scrambled eggs no less, and it was great! My wife is allergic to
spicey stuff, but she tried some and had no reaction at all, which was
wonderful. She doesn't use as much as me, but I use it on just about
everything (except ice cream, so far), and as a dipping sauce for
veggies. I also took it to relatives in VT, ME, AL, GA, NC, & TX and
they all like it a lot!
I find I can add it to leftovers (if there are any) and it changes
the flavor of whatever the food is just enough to make the dish
as interesting as it was the first time around.
Bottom line: this is in the middle of the spectrum right where
it was needed, and we'll be praying for Rod's good health so he can
keep on keepin' on with it! Mighty fine!
